Reached out to the buyer and have not received any response. Confused by the feedback as box was unopened and expiration date on the package is Aug 2024. Item was also stored in a cool dark place to ensure freshness. The package box also specifically states unheated taco shells would be chewy so wondering if buyer consumed an unheated shell that was chewy and thought it was stale due to the texture. Sold several others without any issues.
