I had to be honest with this seller that I was not pleased with the size of the 'pendant' and the length of the chain as it couldn't be used for a necklace. But when I contact him/her they were very understanding and did the ultimate to satisfy me. Don't let the "no return" policy scare you from ordering with this dealer as they will be extremely fair in the end if you are not happy with your purchase. Contact them first before contacting Ebay.
