The item was brand new as described, and everything about the product is just the way I'd expect it to be. The price was good too, especially the shipping cost. Unfortunately, it took 10 more days to arrive than was promised. It was supposed to arrive from 26th December to 1st of January. It arrived on the 10th of January. Granted, the package was at customs for 4 days, and I generally don't mind waiting a month, but I really wanted it to arrive before the 1st because it was a birthday present.
