Bad Seller. Ad said "works well", but DOA. Testing showed old bad battery 5.5V not 12.6V, Would not charge. Ordered new battery for $22. UPS now works. UPS Poorly packed but seller charged almost $17 for shipping. Total UPS cost with shipping and new battery about $60. Made no sense to return because seller charged $16.6 for shipping + return shipping.. WILL AVOID THIS SELLER.

i am truly sorry your item arrived with a dead battery. The item was stored for a while before shipping, and this may have been the cause. HOWEVER, as stated in every single listing I post I offer 100% satisfaction guarantees. Unfortunately, you chose not to read the description and instead made false assumptions and NEVER ONCE contacted me about any issues with your item. I can't resolve an issue I am unaware of. You would not have been out of pocket a penny if you had just contacted me.
