After 7 weeks the plants look dead. The sellor refuses reimbursement, questions my knowledge of plants as well as the sincerity of my complaint, says that sending pots isn't environmentally friendly, claim to do charity and that they're a small business, use the excuse that too much time has passed, never admit any responsibility.
