I purchased an item from this seller where after waiting for a couple of weeks the product didn't arrive. I had to contact them twice before they bothered to respond. They stated there was a mix up with postage, however couldn't provide a tracking number and that they'd resend the item and issue a partial discount. They did neither. After contacting then again, they didn't respond and a PayPal dispute had to be opened to initiate a refund.
