Ersatzteil war "Made in Japan", aber auf der Verpackung stand, es sei "Made in China". Dafür funktionierte es auch nicht - sofortiger ErrorCode nach Einbau! Immerhin bot man eine Rückerstattung an, ohne das Ersatzteil zurück schicken zu müssen. Diese sollte jedoch nur 30% des Kaufpreises betragen, und erst nach einigem Verhandeln einigte man sich auf 70%. Die kamen dann auch sofort per PayPal zurück, aber geholfen hat letztendlich nur ein neuer Drucker. Nachhaltig? Nee...
