    Model horse was as described, beautiful condition, arriving appropriately packed for something that is a collectible, and not a child's toy. I did inquire/verify her packaging procedure, she was very patient/understanding in her reply. She does know what she's doing. I read of too many buyers having these models ruined due to poor packaging! She shipped quickly enough, but watching the tracking process was humorous, watching the shipment go past my city to get to another delivery hub!!!
