The item came neatly packed. I especially appreciated that the seller marked the package with a "No Springs"— a reminder that I would need to add those to complete the setup. The only fly in the ointment was the item headline which implied that the full set was available for sale. It was 100% my fault for not reading the full description (I was in a rush). Only by reading it after the purchase did I realize that the set was not complete. In the end, it worked out great (I had the parts).
