Scientifically researched, Food Cures really work!
This book has helped me and a number of friends with a range of issues easily just by changing what we eat! All the information has been scientifically researched so you know it is going to work. It is quite inspirational to just read through and get that extra incentive to eat well. I only wish that they would consider an update, ie reprint with more recent findings ( this is the youngest edition at 10 years old I believe). Well worth seeking out a copy!This book has helped me and a number of friends with a range of issues easily just by changing what we eat!
