The controller is in optimal condition for an used item. Yes, wears and scratches are present but you can tell the previous owner handled it with care, all the scratches are within the normal usage wears and that's completely fine by me.
The seller also helped me with connection problems, provided a detail walkthrough, an excellent eBay shipping experience overall. I wish all sellers are like this :)
