Seller negotiated to have item delivered to residence as part of sale price, splitting shipping cost in half with buyer. Sale was finalized, whereupon 7 days after transaction, seller informed buyer, item was being shipped to a cross town business for pickup, because item was too expensive to ship to residence. Because buyer could not pickup item from business, seller cancelled the sale. Buyer was not informed about cancellation until he emailed seller asking aboutthe agreed upon delivery.
