The envelope service is the most economical and safe for small items, but the post office is a but stricter with this service since it's basically a letter service, had one rejected for being in a sleeve before (had to take out and redo) and didn't want to chance it being returned. I really appreciate the feedback as it will help me find better ways to do things. Thanks for the feedback.
