    Wish I read all the negative feedback this seller had before I purchased. My experience was the same. 0 customer service. Item came in good time well packaged but missing once piece, and one did not fit. I contacted the seller multiple times but never received any message back. I never left negative feedback in all my years purchasing on eBay and I work very hard to give 100% customer service for everything I sell, I cannot believe I never received a message back. This problem was an easy fix.

    They sent the wrong one for my machine. I was specific on what I had so they would ship the correct one. When it arrived it was for a different model so I boxed it back up and sent it back. After 2 weeks they still have not accepted it back or issued my refund. I have reached out several times and have not received one response from them so I have turned it over to E-Bay to try to help with my refund. Won't make that mistake again and recommend everyone to look elsewhere for what you need.
