Item was just not an open box. It was also NOT as described. We purchased a plumbed unit ands that is not what arrived. The unit was obviously taken apart at some point as the screws for the hinges were lying at the bottom of the box and cannot be reinstalled as they require a nut to re-fasten them. The was a complete fraud on the sellers part.
