Seller waited a week to get the radio in the hands of the shipper. It took me 3 weeks to get the radio due to the delay and shipping problems. The radio weighs 9 lbs. and should have been double boxed for shipping. Instead it was in a single cardboard box with bubble pack. The box was damaged and the radio case was broken when I received it. The seller said they would send me another case. I did not hear anything from them for another week, so in frustration I just asked for a small refund.
