Box arrived smashed and parts were lost because it was poorly packed (no bubble wrap like other sellers use). Seller argued about returning the faulty item and eventually offered a partial refund. I got sick of trying to return the item through message back and forth, and accepted the partial refund. Considering the amount of people selling this identical product, I would not buy it from this seller again.
