Don't bother if you care about accurate descriptions and items being as description.
Sent entirely wrong item once, then sent correct item with critical missing pieces - what good is a hotswap chassis without the backplane? Using a generic picture rather than the actual item being sold is unacceptable if all of the items you are selling are not *identical*.
Seller refunded but whole thing was a waste of time and effort.
