    Highly rate this item. Not only did it arrive within 2 days, it was well packaged, and is way better than any vacuum cleaner I’ve owned....although it’s only been a day, but it’s very good at picking up our dogs’ hairs, the lights at the front are a very good feature and our carpet looked super clean with each stroke. It’s a bit heavy but it glides well and it went virtually horizontal to go under our coffee table! Amazing!!! And it’s surprisingly quiet!! For me it was a lot of money to spend, but definitely worth the investment!

    Good value, easy to use.

    Have only had my lift away for a week, so can’t really comment on how reliable it is. It was very easy to assemble, I like that the switch to change from carpet to hard floor is easy to reach on the handle. Same with the min to max power.. it picks up very well and is easy to change from floor to using nozzle or lift away section. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. One downside is that there are 3 extra nozzles/brushes but only room to store 2 on hoover so 1 is always left behind which is inevitably the one you wanted !!!

    Very best vacuum cleaner ever used and with the added bonus of “lift away”. Easy to use, easy to empty and excellent at cleaning. This model also has the “pet brush” thus making the Shark an all round superb product.
