    FPC Security showed that they had the item in stock, but it never arrived, and I received no correspondence from them. When I inquired, they told me that the post office lost it, and they initiated a refund. I wrote back saying that I would prefer that they reship it, but they responded saying that the item is now out of stock. I then ordered the item from Amazon--from the same seller!!!!--at a higher price (shipping was free at eBay and Amazon). Very disappointing!
