Was so excited to get this item! It represents my Alma Mater!! The postal service gave no love to the package for sure. It arrived with top of tiki broken & crumbled down into its body. I was SO disappointed!! It was not wrapped well enough. Bags & tissue paper just not enough. Needed wrapping round $ round of bubble wrap tapped. Soon as I opened it I took pics & emailed seller. They felt horrible & did refund instantly! Told me to hang on to it and they would contact P.O. about damage. A+ebayer
