Received Bose Wave with no issues, packaging was sufficient to protect item in transit. Seller communication was great and product was as stated and functioned with no issues. The Serial Number was different from what was pictured but the product is in great shape and works as stated. I will purchase from this seller again and do recommend the seller to others. Good price and adequate shipping. The product was exactly as listed. No hidden surprises. The unit works wonderfully. My only negative is the shipping was a bit costly, especially since it was shipped USPS. Nothing special to justify the high shipping charge. I also questioned why it seemed sales tax was levied on the shipping costs.
