They use the SHT-40. I reflashed these to remove the sensors I don't use, and to set a custom update interval. I have an old house with radiators and my old wireless sensors only reported every 15 minutes. Thanks to these sensors, we can control the temp ±0.5°C, which is a third of the variance I had before. See pics for old Aqara vs this sensor.
