This TravelPro Crew 11 is in "like new" condition. It was in the original box with all of the original literature.
The one flaw was accurately described. I'm thrilled with this purchase! My only criticism is the the seller didn't respond to the questions that I sent prior to the purchase. A response would have taken the suspense out of opening the box when it arrived. I ~should~ mark you down for the poor pre-sale communication, but I won't as every other aspect of this transaction was AAA+
