The item was as described. The seller did not ship within the stated time and they did not contact me to let me know what was going on. I reached out to them and they responded quickly with their explanation. They shipped the item a faster method than what was listed so I still received it in a good amount of time. I just wish they would have communicated before what was going on so I don’t have to reach out to them. In the end, I received the item for a good price and happy with the purchase.

Dear valued customer, as explained deeply: Christmastime is Christmastime. In germany at a certain date no one ships anymore. If we like or not. It is as it is. And whether we use slow shipping as you ordered. Or we pay on our costs the express after Christmas. The result was same. But thank you for your hint. We will next Xmas write on all sites, that we ship. But as long as we not work for UPS, DHL etc we cannot and actually wish not force anyone to our wishes. Stay healthy! Lee
