Seller cancelled and refunded my order without prior communication and relisted the same item at a higher price ($575). Before that, we had agreed on $425 and he still gave his consent to ship to an address within his country via FedEx, after he claimed that he does not ship overseas. His reason for cancellation is "Not comfortable with shipping to shipper for overseas destination", but he did not insert his new shipping preference in the edited relisting, only "Out of stock item!! Hard 2 Find".

I had several conversations with this person about not shipping overseas due to cost issues and product return issues. They always ask to return product knowing it cost a fortune to ship back. That way they keep it for free. I told him I was canceling the sell due to this issue. He then came up with shipping to other address in the us that will then ship to him. This all felt very shady so I told him I couldn’t do that. So I canceled it. I figured he would give me negative feedback

Firstly, there was no change of address nor a request for it after I placed my order. The last two messages from the seller were "👍 that will be ok. I’ve have lost a lot of money shipping overseas that is why I’m hesitant" and "It will be FedEx" after I explained that he would not be shipping overseas but to my USA address that I took a screenshot of from the eBay order itself. Lastly, it took him more than 24 hours to cancel which he should have done almost immediately if he "felt very shady".
