At one point this showed on West coast near me then went to East coast, before finally arriving here, back West. I think the carrier was trying to get it to go through every shipping facility in the country /sarc. It arrived much later than I expected. Seller seemed equally puzzled, but assured me shipping had been payed and it was on the way. Better late than never.
