Item showed up damaged, there was no apparent damage in the photos or the description. They offered to have it reshipped to them, but time and energy recompensed?They covered the shipping cost ($15). What could’ve been a great transaction turned into nonsense, no clarification as to whether reshipping costs would be refunded, so decided to eat the cost of this since only shipping refund offered, made it seem like a grift from start. Speaker was shipped in a sturdy box but was damaged by the shipping company. Offered about 30% partial refund of the items value (sold for $42, offered $15) if they wanted to keep it, or a free return if they would rather send it back. They wanted the partial refund and later said that they appreciated the good communication. Not sure where this is coming from.
