The item was listed as new - open box. When I received the item, there were obvious signs of wear, including smudges on the screen, and oil & dirt buildup in the crevices. Upon turning on the phone, it abruptly shut down without warning continually, despite being fully charged. When I returned it, the seller immediately threatened to not refund me because I had logged into the device. They asked for a phone number, which I provided, but still did not refund me. BEWARE - FRAUDULENT & SCAMMER
