Packaging could have been better. I ordered x2 Fuseworks microwave kilns and both were badly damaged upon receipt. I’m not sure if they were shipped this way or if the damage occurred during shipping, but I’ll give benefit of the doubt and say probably during shipping. There was a minor attempt to cushion the kilns in the package, but that was even completely flat. Id suggest a good bubble wrap next time. Idk if the kilns are even usable at this point.
