The seller was really good about communicating with the sapphire instead of a tourmaline switch out. He completely forgot I wanted amethysts instead of diamonds on the flower petals. Luckily, he hadn’t shipped yet. He never sent me pictures of the amethysts for approval, so when I received the ring, I was disappointed. I wanted amethysts just as bright as the sapphire. Not the most amazing customer service experience, since I’m going to have to pay to get the amethysts replaced now. I am annoyed
