So far the system itself has been fantastic. I purchased it for my wife so we can play Sea of Thieves. We've had a blast playing together. Unfortunately the controller that came with it seems to have a connection issue. It randomly disconnects in the middle of gameplay quite frequently, and can take some time to get working again. It hasn't been an issue as far as getting kicked out of games and what not, but it does severely impact the game itself. In certain situations, it can be the difference between passing a mission or failing it, which can be quite annoying. I took two stars off because A) the controller is vital to use the system, and B) because controllers themselves can be a very expensive replacement.

It's been a decade since I've had a console in my home, and I'm absolutely loving this! Game Pass has loads of games. I can buy and download instantly, no need to venture to the store. Downloads can take a day or two, depending on how big the files are, but they are loads of fun once they're on the console. No buyer's remorse here!

Hdmi issues right off the bat, streaming movies had blackouts.. A 'factory reset' supposedly fixes most issues but not here.. Resident Evil 2 also blacked out but that was the only game which did so out of the handful I tried.. If you get one that doesnt have Hdmi issues, you'll be ok with the system.. 4k is definitely noticeable! However I would just get a One X frankly, its a little more expensive obviously, but only a little.. One S is very decent, just didnt have enough luck with it

The system is great, easy to use lightweight and great quality, Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the controller went out after only 1 week of use, but other than that I highly recommend this product. My son loves it!
