Hello, if you are going to leave negative feedback, please tell the full story. The laptop was sold with no OS installed, which I've stated in the description, as well as the CMOS battery needing to be replaced. You messaged me saying "you got a quote to fix the laptop for $160" and you want to return it "because it's unusable". Please make sure to do your due diligence as a buyer to read the description, and make sure you actually know a thing or two about computers before you buy them.
