After questioning firstly if polychromos pencils had been sent, the pencils never ever arrived unfortunately and no communication from seller whatsoever, luckily the purchase price was refunded by eBay. Will not order again from sellers with very poor service.

bought the 20-volume developer and they sent me one for 30 volumes. I had to send several messages because the seller said that the 30-volume one now replaces the 20-volume one, which is obviously not true. I had to wait the ebay policy times until I got my refund.
