Although the seller was slow to ship the item it was very well packed and arrived in good condition, the crate was impressive. It looks very good and I hope it works as good as it looks but I won't know until it is installed in the car and tested. The seller communicated well and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I didn't mind waiting for this item as long as the rebuild is of high quality and performers as good as new.
