    This was my first sale and my item sold on another platform and when I realized it sold twice I kindly let this buyer know with an explanation plus apologized and issued a refund. I never refused to refund this customers money and absolutely took the necessary steps to cancel the order along with ebay assisting me this customer received a full refund. I made a mistake it happens I learned and I'm moving on.
