The ball was faulty, it was a Xmas gift so to discover upon gifting it Xmas day it does not inflat was heartbreaking. The seller has now take over a week suggesting refunding $4 then $7 and now is saying they need to contact their supplier. Rubbish customer service, take my money and expect me to accept a partially refund for a ball that cannot be used!
