Item is as described with above average quality for a used item. If not for the witness marks around the bolt holes, the item could be mistaken for NOS. Frankly, the pictures do not do justice to the state of the item. Seller packaged it as though it were NOS too which adds to the quality of service. Item priced more than acceptably, and shipping appears to be at cost. Put another way, I would purchase from this seller again without reservations.
