I purchased a laptop in "new condition" and it arrived with the box seal broken and the screen cracked. The cracked screen could have resulted in poor shipping, however, I am inclined to believe that this was the condition of the laptop when it was sent as the ASUS quality seal was broken. I reached out to the seller to return the item and he dragged his for several days until I got Ebay involved. I was able to return the laptop and get a refund through ebay but this was a big disappointment.
