    My Deysi loves it.

    I don't understand the question small from the factory? The phone is great. I was able to get it working with my provider right away. And it takes great pictures.

    Terrible battery life. Not worth your money or time trying to fix.

    Terrible battery life. Can't replace battery. Samsung should be ashame to market this phone or they should replace with a working model. I am very satisfied with the seller. It's not his fault the phone is terrible. If anyone can tell me how to improve the life of the battery I would appreciate it. The phone only last half the day.

    Not too happy with my phone

    Battery dies way to fast. A full charge does not last me even half a day and I am not on my phone for long periods of time. There also seems to be some kind of delay everytime I press the home button.
