seller was good - fine, helpful communication; shipped item promptly. item itself works according to specs and included all attachments/manual. my suggestion to buyers is to ensure shipper packs sensitive items in firm styrofoam or similar packing as parcels do seem to get tossed around a lot in transit. also a note - at least to international customers but also perhaps to domestic clients - shipping time can be lengthy. this isn't the shipper's issue but seems to be the transit companies.
