I bought this same book back in 1990. I have worn the pages off. I believe if we want to lose weight we must cut calories but no one wants to cut flavor. This book has it all. Healthy eating and very good receipes. Its not really a diet but a way of life. This is so easy for anyone to follow. I lost 70 lbs and was never hungry. I enjoyed using new spices and very little salt or fats. You eat larger portions but they are more dense and nutrient rich. You get full faster. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a healthier lifestyle without giving up on taste and nutrition.
