    I placed an order on July 5th at 4:17pm. When I didn't receive a tracking number I messaged them on On July 12. I messaged, "Do you have a tracking number for these shoes?". I waited a couple of days for a response, and on July 15th, I messaged again, "Have these shoes been shipped yet?". I still haven't receive any kind of response at all.
