It came with the features I selected on ebay and it arrived pretty quickly. Very happy. It works smoothly and is very quiet and fast. The exterior/appearance looks bran new. R7 Gaming PC, I7-8700 RTX 3050, 32GB Ram, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 Pro. paid about $650-ish total with tax and shipping. "Refurbished", why buy new for like $400 more? There are cheaper new CPUs, but I trust Dell/Alienware when it comes to "refurbished."

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
