    I like the fact that this talks you through all the steps specific to "Instant Pot". The book was just what we were looking for in order to get the most out of this pressure cooker. It is also well made, well illustrated and endorsed by Instant Pot. All that it is lacking in my opinion is more basic "meat & potato" recipes. P

    Great cookbook for pressure cooker use

    Delivered quickly and in new condition. I got this for a friend; I've already been trying recipes from this book for several months and loved almost every recipe so far! Just note: meat seems to take longer to fully cook than suggested in all cases -- but this may depend on the exact pressure cooker model you have.

    Very good variety of useful recipes. I have already made the quick 4 minute tuna noodle casserole, and chicken noodle soup. Lots more to check out, not all are noodles....haha. Nice book.
