- 5***i (9)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe cartridges arrived on time and in perfect condition. The box and cartridges were unopened, completely new. This was a name brand quality item at a big savings. I am very pleased.Follow-up from: 5***i- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Beware potential buyers. The packaging was excellent. However, the cartridges would not print. I then checked the date on the box and it has an expiration date of 2020. (I'm guessing the ink had dried out). Contacted the buyer and was told he/she uses this old ink all the time and works fine and will not take returns for a refund. I now have to file a "claim" with Ebay to get a refund. In the meantime, I paid $30 for useless packaging. Not a good experience.
