    Had an issue with the sheet of stamps. Contacted seller. Worked out the issue and instead of sending it back I settled to keep the stamps and for a particle refund. Was happy with that. As for the transaction, not described very well as to the issue on one of the stamps. The value was good. Packaged very well and shipping was fast.
