They apologized and sent it back out which arrived quite quickly after that. Great service but should mention I don't think the drive has been formatted to be wiped, as it had a user and a guest account still :) but I wiped it as soon as I booted it into the laptop I was using it for. This was the best pricing for an pre-used SSD at the time so a good purchase!Toshiba 256GB M.2 PCIe 2242 KBG40ZNT256G SSD (#187043097409)
