This was most likely a fake listing that was almost immediately marked as 'delivered' as soon as they had taken my money for it. But the "delivery" was a FAKE tracking number. I tried to contact the seller and they did not respond in a timely manner - this matter had to be escalated to eBay support as a case and investigated by eBay as this seller (Harris Technology) is a known scammer who did not actually deliver my item and stole my money and will also steal your money!
