The packaging was so sloppy that it was a miracle that it arrived intact. The product description said it was a perfect tea set to give to customers, but there is no way they could sell it in miniature size. It is obvious that they did not mention that it was a miniature size in order to make it sell. This seller is completely unreliable. Plate was wrapped in thin bubble wrap and easily moved around in shipping. When I first opened the package, the plate was faced down, and I saw a red mark on the plate which I removed with my thumb and was glad it came off. When I flipped the plate over I saw the chip. The seller at first offered to replace then did a 180 and insinuated I switched the plate. Not worth the hassle over $15.
